Aiea Boxing & Muay Thai Club Aiea Boxing and Muay Thai specializes in mini & semi-private training classes for all family members. Private, discrete and personalize training are available. We hand pick our boxing and muay thai instructors to guarantee training satisfaction and work out expectations. Full gym setup (no ring) is available with water filled heavy bags, upper cut, double end, muay thai kicking, ground and pound, head banger, wall mounted speed bags to provide the ultimate workout. Training schedule and times are flexible to meet your training needs. Our training style focuses on heavy bag warm-ups and one-on-one punch and kick mitt style training for the total cardio work out. Hawaii Training Center-Home of Evolution Boxing Club Evolution Boxing Club is located in the heart of Waipio Gentry. We teach the science of Boxing from Basic to Advance from ages 5 years old and up. We provide classes according to age and skill level. Evolution Boxing Club is a private gym operated and owned by Females who love the sport and is very active in Boxing. We enjoy teaching Boxing to anyone who wants to learn and is very much family orient. We are a drug free facility and provide a safe enviroment for all. We do have Boxing events at our facility and compete at an Amateur Boxing level. Kalakaua Boxing Club Providing recreational and competitive boxing instruction for youth and adults. Palolo Boxing Club - Coach Joel Kim Located in the heart of beautiful Palolo Valley, Honolulu, the Palolo Boxing Club is great place to both get in shape and to learn the 'sweet science' of boxing. The Palolo Boxing Club is a member of the USA Boxing and Police Athletic League (PAL) programs. Group classes are held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, from 4:30 p.m. to 7:00p.m. Individual lessons are subject to availability. Villaver Boxing Club We start training 4-6 pm Mon-Fri 6 years old and up.
